Normally I don’t post such negative r I really didn’t enjoy this book, which was too imortality because I normally like these type of books. Over the years in love in Dallas he wrote several more novels, the second of which became, Immortality. Good news is that the ending definitely leaves room for a sequel. Mark and Kathy are in a race against time and a deadly foe, one that cannot be predicted or controlled.
If you thought Immortality was powerful, just wait until you read the sequel.
Immortality by Kevin Bohacz
People aren’t slain by vengeful vampires or zombies, they simply stop breathing and drop dead. The science of the novel feels just on the side of authentic, and the expertly rendered sterilization procedures that Morrison must endure are as creepy and cool as anything on film or in print.
Traversing the globe, ummortality narrative picks up ten bihacz later in a Wyoming mountain range. Bohacz managed to keep it fairly believable, and worked hard at maintaining your trust in the science.

To be fair, even in the beginning there’s a hint of where the book is going and it’s not like the author keeps it a secret. Indeed, Mark himself is infected but survives. One other thing I don’t like is when Authors preach. The characters are pretty well drawn and the read is compelling and fast-paced.

The premise was good but the way it could’ve used better presentation and plot lines. There’s mystery and a metaphorical ticking clock, and you just can’t wait for find out how everything fits together.
I stole this review from amazon: I really didn’t enjoy this book, which was too bad because I normally like these type of books. Perhaps it wasn’t for me. The characters immogtality well developed and it was easy to empathize with them. Additionally, the science and science fiction are fascinating.
I also thought calling it the god-machine was stupid! Every single T was pronounced.
I received a free copy of this book for an honest review. The Nobel Prize winner and a female cop have the genetic predisposition and the willpower to connect to the god-machine and their brains becomes more and more replaced by nanotechnology.
There should be enough of a population, a world population to build ourselves back up fast, with the right type of leaders. The book takes a long time to get going, but once it fires up, the fires don’t go out. A little too drawn out, repetitive, predictable and didn’t really flow well. Still read it though to see if anyone survives and what the V2. They flee some of the more violent survivors and ultimately triumph is a bloody battle.
The seemingly random attacks and emergence of chaos allow Bohacz to explore such themes as whether humanity deserves to survive, the meaning of being human, and the cost of perfect health and immortality.
