Each video is really like a class, with one concept that is repeated over and over to the point where the viewer has it memorized. I also learned how to make veggie burgers in endless flavor combinations from 5 staple ingredients—again, no trip to the grocery store necessary. What was your favorite take away?

These items were already staples in my kitchen. No more excuses about not being able to afford to eat healthy. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Continue until all burgers are cooked. Add tomatoes, oats, potato, curry powder, garlic powder and garam masala and continue to mash together, changing to stirring with a spoon, until reccipes are incorporated. The burgers should be a little crispy and brown on the top and bottom, but not burned.
